Quality Control and Packaging
- Inspection and Testing
Garments undergo thorough quality inspections at various production stages to identify defects and ensure consistency in standards. - Cleaning and Preparation
Items are washed to remove any residue and prepared for packaging. Afterward, they are organized, inspected once more, and finalized for shipment. - Branding Elements
Care labels, size tags, and logos are applied to maintain branding consistency and compliance with industry standards. - Packing and Labeling
Garments are carefully folded and packed into boxes, which can be customized with branded logos to enhance the unboxing experience.
Shipping Stages
- Trade Terms
International shipping terms such as FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW, and DAP are clarified to define buyer and seller responsibilities for transportation and risks. - Sea Freight
This is the cheapest but also the slowest shipping method. It can take 15 – 40 days to ship your goods from China to your destination port. We’ll choose to ship with LCL or FCL depending on the volume of your goods. - Air Freight
Ideal for urgent deliveries, air freight takes 2–5 days to reach the destination. It is more cost-efficient than express couriers for shipments over 500 kg. - Rail Freight
For countries along the New Eurasian Land Bridge, rail freight is a reliable alternative, offering shorter transit times than sea freight and lower costs compared to air freight.
